Triggers can truly be ANYthing. It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone. Bird sounds trigger me. How much weirder can you get?! Hahaha.

We try to avoid our triggers at all cost, but sometimes that can not happen. For instance, birds. I can’t avoid birds until I go to heaven. That being said, we need to work on HEALTHY COPING SKILLS.
